The Yukon First Nations Culture and Tourism Association is heading into exciting times. We’re coming through our development phase and looking ahead as we continue to lead Indigenous arts, culture and tourism forward in the Yukon. YFNCT is hiring two positions for a new executive team to help the team in the next phase.
Executive Director
Position Overview
YFNCT is looking for a creative and innovative steward and guardian of our vision. In an Executive Director, we seek a vibrant and dynamic person who is excited to lead the transformation work to:
- lead the team to hold up a community promoting arts & culture & tourism and the Indigenous people we work for and serve.
- implement the Yukon First Nations Cultural & Tourism Association’s (YFNCT’s) vision and mandate through the successful leadership and management; ensuring its financial & organizational viability.
- serve as the face of the organization to the greater community to further strategic partnerships development, advocacy objectives, programming initiatives and community partnership goals.

Job Description
Finance & Administration Manager
Position Overview
YFNCT is looking for a manager of our organization’s operations. In a Finance and Administration Manager, we seek a person who will:
- Serve as a leader in ensuring strong organizational management and oversight.
- Lead in the development, implementation and oversight of financial and administrative planning, policies, procedures and systems.
- Support in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and tools.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Director (ED) and Senior Management Team (SMT).
- Work collaboratively with staff, Board, community partners, funders, vendors & contractors.

Wage Range
- $74,587-$82,875 plus employee benefit package
